With more than 30 years of experience in construction and executive leadership, Sisi was no stranger to hard work or high-stakes responsibility. But like many leaders, she faced personal challenges that made her question whether she could—or should—continue in the program.
Encouraged by Leadership Brevard staff to stay the course, Sisi made a decision that would ultimately reshape her path.

Through Leadership Brevard, Sisi gained more than professional development. Since graduating with the Class of 2013, Sisi has fully stepped into that role.
Today, she continues to lead complex construction projects across Brevard County while also investing deeply in the community that shaped her. She has served on local boards, engaged with professional organizations like NAWIC, and contributed her time and expertise to initiatives such as the Neighbor Up program supporting affordable housing and underserved populations.
Her journey reflects the full impact of Leadership Brevard: not just developing leaders, but empowering individuals to create lasting change.
