The LEAD Brevard Scholarship Fund
Thank you for your interest in our programs. LEAD Brevard is honored to provide financial scholarships to participate in the Leadership Brevard Program, through generous donations from program alumni and sponsors. These annual scholarships are limited and each recipient will be required to contribute a minimum of $500 (at the time of enrollment) towards their Leadership Brevard program tuition as a supplement to the scholarship. Scholarship recipient eligibility will be determined, based on the following criteria:
- 35% – Financial Need.
- 30% – Historically Underrepresented Group, Cultural Identity, or Disability/Disabilities.
- 10% – How you will use what you experience in the Leadership Brevard program to benefit the community.
- 10% – Active-Duty Military/Spouse/Veteran
- 5% – Non-Profit Organization Employee: Less than $500,000 annually.
- 5% – Entrepreneur/Small Business Owner/Employee (less than 10 FTE employees).
- 5% – Public Sector Employee.
If no scholarship is awarded or there is a remaining tuition balance, the participant is financially responsible. LEAD Brevard offers a payment plan option. Scholarship Applications due by July 15, 2024.
To apply for a scholarship, follow these steps:
- Complete the online enrollment form.
- Select the option indicating that you are applying for a scholarship.
- Make your $500 deposit to secure your spot in the program and your ability to apply for a scholarship.
- Once LEAD Brevard has received your deposit, securing your spot, you will receive the scholarship application.
- Annual scholarships are limited. Each scholarship recipient is required to contribute a minimum of $500 towards their Leadership Brevard program tuition as a supplement to the scholarship.
