IMPACT Brevard, powered by LEAD Brevard, is an online matching service, connecting passionate people with opportunities to serve. While board matching services exist in nonprofit resource centers in eight other metro areas of Florida, IMPACT Brevard fills a void in Brevard County.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
  • Nonprofit organizations complete an online profile and join the ‘pool’ of nonprofits who are seeking board members.
  • Candidates complete an online profile and become part of the candidate ‘pool’.
  • Once registered, candidates and nonprofits will have the ability to use the website to search for potential matches based on key interests and/or skills.
  • The next step of a face-to-face meeting or phone conversation is up to the matched potential partners.

Boards and candidates can participate in one of LEAD Brevard sponsored board governance training opportunities. These events are offered quarterly as a workshop and annually as a full day.
