Young Professionals of Brevard will host Access 2010 on April 22, 2010, 6pm at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place. Access 2010 will offer Brevard’s young professionals the opportunity to network with the community’s marquee business leaders in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere over dinner.
Several leaders have recently signed on to attend the event. The scheduled list includes (but is not limited to) Dottie Allen, Wuesthoff Foundation, Dr. Anthony Catanese, Florida Institute of Technology, Roger Dobson, Ocean Partners Associates, LTD., Dr. James A. Young Professionals of Brevard (ypB), a program of LEAD Brevard, launched in 2005 to address our county’s need to better attract and retain the young professional (YP) demographic. YP Fast Track is the newest leadership and professional development program from LEAD Brevard, Brevard County's premier leadership development organization.
YP Fast Track is designed for young, working professionals - programs are conveniently scheduled and modules are designed to provide the maximum learning experience based on your program goals.
YP Fast Track will help develop your leadership skills and your strengths, putting you in a position to accelerate your career.
YP Fast Track engages you in the Brevard community, introducing you to the people and places on the Space Coast and showing how you can get involved and make a difference.
YP Fast Track is just what it says: The Fast Track for any young professional wanting to take their career to the next level!
Knowing that today's young professionals want opportunities to learn the skills that will help them succeed, we've developed a program that gives you the foundation to build on, from leadership development and professional skills, to personal growth and community service.
Developed with input from young professionals, YP Fast Track is five, day-long sessions that will provide you with hands-on, interactive learning experiences, insights from established and successful professionals, a glimpse into your leadership style and how to best use it, and an overview of what makes Brevard County a great place to live, work, and play!

The Art of Sand is looking for volunteers to help out with their month-long event. For more information or to sign-up as a volunteer, please visit Artofsandus.com or call 321-690-6817.
Nine of the world's most renowned sand sculptors will create a series of totally unique and enormous masterpieces out of almost 700 tons of beautiful white sand. They will be finished by April 2nd, and available to be viewed by the public. The sand will be transformed into a park of breathtaking sculptures, some reaching an incredible height of 15 feet!
